How It Works


Patient Calls In

Your patient with a possible emergency condition calls or makes a video consultation through CareClix. Within minutes, CareClix puts the patient in communication with you or another qualified physician or nurse.



The physician or nurse uses CareClix’s battery of efficiency-enhancing tools, including secure remote patient monitoring data and cloud-based patient EHRs to perform an immediate patient evaluation.



CareClix’s ER Fast Track helps the evaluating physician or team direct the patient to the next care destination. This could be to a pharmacy for an emergency prescription, or to a hospital ER for a serious issue.
